  I hope the owner is reading this. The food is great. Portions are good. It's not too pricey either. But the service IS TERRIBLE! I try not to write reviews, but I have to in this case. I've gotten 5 deliveries from this place and every time some part of my order was missing. When I call the restaurant back, they refuse to refund me. They do offer to bring the item to me, but they don't return to my house in a timely manner (usually 2 hours after I've finished my dinner). I would rate this a 4 star place if not for the poor delivery service and lack of consideration for the customer. I (and a lot of my friends who USED TO order from this place) highly suggest that the owner does a complete overhaul on its employees or provides them with better training in customer satisfaction. You're losing customers dude.

  I will never order from these scumbags again. I ordered a dinner which was not only leaking through the bag but was all over the inside of my bag. Both plastic lids werent even closed all the way around. My tossed green salad was all the white end chunks from the middle. The bread that comes with the dinner was the bottom half of a 6" roll. I asked to make sure plates , forks and butter to be given...not one of those things made it to the bag. Not to mention that once i finally cleaned up all the slop and grease and attempted to eat what little was still in the container. It was disgusting. My hot eggplant parm was cold , undercooked and full of huge seeds. And thanks for the chef boy r D sauce. And i called to express my unhappiness. They hung up on me. Never never again...
